How Your Data Is Stored

Email addresses submitted through our website are currently collected via Google Forms and stored in Google Sheets, both provided by Google LLC. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf.

Please note: We currently use a personal Google account for data collection. This is a temporary arrangement during our pre-launch phase. We are in the process of migrating to a GDPR-compliant email service provider with a formal Data Processing Agreement. We will update this policy when that migration is complete.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your email address to any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We will keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. If you withdraw your consent or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

We do not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected.
